DATA CONTROLLER
COMAV Srl, with registered office in Via Statale, 337 - 44047 TERRE DEL RENO - FRAZ. DOSSO (FE) - Tel. 0532 848348, e-mail info@comav-srl.com - PEC comav@pec.comav-srl.com, as the Data Controller, wishes to inform you that, following consultation of the pages of this web site, it may process certain data that identify or make identifiable your person, which are considered to be personal data under the applicable legislation.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some data considered of a personal nature by the GDPR, whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (the so-called traffic data). This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes: IP addresses or domain names of computers connecting to the site, URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) web addresses of the resources requested, the date and time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and computer environment of the user.

Purpose of processing, storage and legal basis of navigation data
An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your personal computer each time you connect to the Internet, either through your Internet Provider or from a corporate network that uses the same Internet protocols. This address is used by websites to send you their own pages and may vary with each connection to the Internet. In this case, only your provider or your company can trace back the user to whom this address has been associated in your previous connection sessions.
For the Controller, IP addresses are therefore data that cannot be matched to a user identified in a simple way, and the navigation data are used for the sole purpose of:
  • obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the website (most visited pages, number of visitors per time slot or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
  • checking that it is working properly.
Navigation data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of computer crimes against the site: except for this possibility, this type of web data does not currently persist for more than seven days.
The legal basis, which justifies the processing of navigation data, is based on legitimate interest, as we want to promote our services and/or products through the visibility of the site and increase the image of the Company.
With regard to navigation data, the provision is mandatory and necessary for the proper functioning of communication between the site and your browser.

COOKIES
Cookies are not used for user profiling, nor are other methods of tracking used.
By visiting this website, you can move through the pages anonymously and have access to some information without detecting your identity, as only a technical session cookie is used, strictly limited to what is necessary for security and efficient site navigation.

Data provided by the user
The acquisition of the sender's contact data and all personal data included in the communications derives from the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses on the website to forward requests for information on services or products offered, advertising material, quotations and any supply of goods and/or services.

Purpose of processing, storage and legal basis of data provided voluntarily by the user
The personal data, provided voluntarily by the user, are used for the sole purpose of:
  • performing the service or providing you with the requested information.
In particular, we would like to inform you that we will only process, as categories of personal data, identification information that you have provided, necessary to better specify your request and to achieve the purpose for which it is collected, not for other purposes.
The failure, partial or incorrect provision of personal data for this purpose, may make it impossible, by the Controller, to meet his request if such data are necessary for this. The processing of personal data does not require the collection of the expression of consent.
The legal basis for the treatment is fulfilling our obligations, as required to comply with your request.
All data will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which they were processed. At the end of storage, the personal data referred to you will be deleted or made anonymous.

PLACE, METHOD OF PROCESSING AND RECIPIENTS OF DATA

This processing takes place at the registered office of the Controller's company, or by the website provider for the development and maintenance of the site, with automatic procedures through electronic and/or telematic means, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access.
Finally, the personal data you provide will be communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for the purpose to conclude your specific request.
